以再生能源產業起家，事業版圖遍及台灣與日本等地。基於對影視作品的熱愛，於2023年創辦雪巴影視，期許以成功的創業經驗與精準的市場判讀，為優秀創作者鋪設通往國際的道路。
Starting out in the renewable energy industry with business ventures in Taiwan and Japan, Andy Tang founded Sherpa Media in 2023 out of a deep love for film and media. With successful entrepreneurial experience and keen market insights, he aspires to pave the international path for gifted creators.
Lyra Fu 傅凱羚
Content Director 內容總監
潛心鑽研影視內容開發，曾以《阿水和國祥》、《天黑請閉眼》、《紺珠之地》三度入圍金鐘獎最佳編劇，《春分兄弟》入圍金馬獎最佳短片。2019年以《返校》榮獲金馬獎最佳改編劇本，次年再以《詐欺先生》入選金馬創投會議。最近作品為《當男人戀愛時》。
Deeply immersed in film and television content development, Lyra was thrice nominated for the Golden Bell Award for Best Screenplay with "阿水和國祥 A-Tsuí & Kok-Siông", "天黑請閉眼 Close Your Eyes Before It's Dark", and "紺珠之地 Ganju". The short film "春分兄弟Brotherhood" earned a nomination for the Golden Horse Award for Best Short Film. In 2019, "返校 Detention" garnered the Golden Horse Award for Best Adapted Screenplay, and the subsequent year saw "詐欺先生 Mr. Liar" being selected for the Golden Horse Film Project Promotion. Her latest creation is "當男人戀愛時 Man in Love".
Rick Shu 舒偉傑

從事表演工作十餘年，演出領域涵蓋電影、影集、廣告、MV、舞台劇，亦從事表演指導工作。近年演出作品有電影《本日公休》、《該死的阿修羅》、《頭七》，影集《八尺門的辯護人》。
Having been an actor for over a decade, he also serves as an acting coach. His acting range spans movies, TV series, commercials, music videos, and stage plays. Recent works include films such as "本日公休 Day Off", "該死的阿修羅 GODDAMNED ASURA", and "頭七 Funeral ", as well as the TV series "Port of Lies 八尺門的辯護人".
